  • What's the difference between ws-fiori and Willows & Sage Flowers?

    ws-fiori is the sister company of Willows and Sage Flowers. ws-fiori offers two collections of a la carte floral designs for pick-up or delivery. Willows and Sage Flowers is our full-scale custom floral design service. Inquiries with Willows and Sage will include a Floral Dream Session, a customized proposal, months of detailed planning, full design team executing your wedding dreams.

  • When do I have to order my flowers?

    All orders must be placed at least one month before the scheduled event. For any timeline less than a month, please e-mail us at willowsandsage@gmail.com for our availability.

  • Can I pickup my flowers?

    Absolutely! Pick-up your flowers FREE.

    Following your order placement, you will receive an e-mail detailing pick-up location (Beachwood) and times. Ideal pick-up windows are within 24-hours of your event.

  • Can I customize my order?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer customization of a la carte florals. For inquiries about custom event floral proposals, please visit Willows and Sage Flowers.

  • Will my flowers match the pictures?

    All photographs are an inspiration for our work. Given that we work with natural products, we cannot always guarantee exact floral choices. We promise to deliver the highest quality of healthy blooms which means that we will make any substitutions necessary. Our floral designers use these photographs as their inspiration, with each bouquet varying slightly. ws-fiori reserves the right to make any changes to flowers or vases as needed.

  • Can you deliver my flowers?

    We offer drop-off delivery of orders within 25 miles of our Beachwood location for a flat-rate of $100. For any specific questions about the delivery of your order, please reach out to willowsandsage@gmail.com. ws-fiori is not responsible for unpacking or setting up any items. ws-fiori is not responsible for floral arrangements after Delivery is complete.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    All cancellations for a full refund must be made no later than two weeks before the delivery date. Cancellation requests within the week of the delivery date will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for full charges. For clients who move from Delivery to Pick-up, a full refund will be given for the delivery fee as long as the change is made within 24 hours of the delivery date.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    No. If you need just a bouquet or to fill dozens of tables, there is no minimum required.

  • Can you setup my flowers?

    No, we do not offer unpacking or setup of ws-fiori designs. If you are interested in full-scale design services, please visit our sister company, Willows and Sage Flowers & Events.

  • Do you have Bridesmaids Bouquets?

    Yes, we do offer Bridesmaids Bouquets. To order, please visit our Bridal Bouquets page and click the “Turn it into a Bridesmaid Bouquet” option under the vase selection.
